More and More Exhibitors Join BuyBrand Expo

There are fewer and fewer days left until Buybrand Expo 2024, and there are more and more exhibitors
In today's review, we talk about very interesting franchises in the catering, entertainment and service segments, which franchisors will present at the exhibition at Expocenter on November 5-7.

“Ottepel”
“Ottepel” is an interesting restaurant project that relies on nostalgia: one restaurant is currently operating under the brand, in the reconstructed “Sericulture” pavilion at VDNKh. It fits into the historical appearance of the building from 1956, while the interior is designed on the verge of historical associations and current trends. The restaurant bakes its own bread and also helps a shelter for homeless animals. At the exhibition, the company will present a turnkey restaurant master franchise.

BRO&N
Another conceptual restaurant franchise, this time from the Novikov Group. The network currently has 2 corporate outlets and 1 franchise outlet, all located in the most fashionable places in Moscow (in Kamergersky Lane, on Bolshaya Dmitrovka and on Malaya Bronnaya). Like most franchises from Arkady Novikov, this one requires significant investments - over 50 million rubles. The menu is based on simple and straightforward dishes of classic Italian cuisine, a large selection of pizza and cheeses from our own cheese factory.

"Syrovarnya"
By the way, about cheese factories ;) The same Novikov Group will present another, already legendary and more than once subject to copying attempts, franchise of family restaurants with a self-explanatory name and with its own production of cheeses and dishes from a wood-burning oven. The project was launched in 2015, since then the number of restaurants opened in Russia and abroad has reached 40. The volume of investments is similar: 50+ million rubles.

«Tvoy sklad»
Franchise of automated urban warehouses for private storage - a highly sought-after business today. The growth in demand is driven both by marketplace sellers who prefer not to use the warehouses of online platforms, and by individuals who need to move, take things out for repairs, or simply have nowhere to store them. The franchisor provides boxes, equipment and, in general, turns the premises into a functional warehouse. The minimum investment for launch is from 1.8 million rubles.

PriVate/ GOLDEN STRIP
A franchise of a network of men's night clubs with a show program, karaoke and a bar menu.
