GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE EXHIBITION FOR VISITORS


Important! The age limit is 14+. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed on the territory of the exhibition complex.

The venue and how to get there by metro

Expocentre Fairgrounds, Pavilion 1. Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya emb., 14.

Metro stations "Vystavochnaya" or "Business center". From the metro station "Vystavochnaya"/"Business Center" - the last car from the center, exit No. 5. Follow straight along the fence (there will be a fence on the left hand and a river on the right) to the entrance to the gate in front of the South Entrance.

Do I need to register to get to the exhibition?

Entrance to the exhibition is paid. Registration is mandatory for all visitors. You can get acquainted with the visit packages, the cost of tickets, as well as purchase a ticket and register on the website. 

Entrance to the exhibition is carried out by a personal badge, which the visitor receives by mail or downloads after registration and ticket purchase.

Badges are valid for admission to the exhibition on the days and hours of the exhibition.

How do I visit the forum?

The Forum can be visited by VIP, "Business", "Start" and "School for franchisors" ticket categories.  To visit, you must purchase a ticket online. Attention! Tickets for the forum are sold only online and it is not possible to purchase a ticket on the days of the exhibition. The program of the forum is on the website. 

What are the types and forms of payment?

1. Purchase a ticket and register on our website. Online registration is available on the website until the end of the event. There are two payment formats: by bank card and payment by invoice from a legal entity. 
Please note that in case of payment by invoice, tickets are sent to the post office only when money is credited to the organizer's current account. Billing closes 5 days before the event. Closing documents can be collected at the exhibition at the organizer's Office (Pavilion 1). 
2. Purchase a ticket and register on the spot (South entrance of Expocentre Fairgrounds from Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment). Non-cash (bank card) and cash payments are possible. 

How do I get to the exhibition if I have an e-ticket?

After registration and payment of the ticket, a personalized ticket will be sent to your email. Print it out, take it with you to the exhibition or electronically. If you have a ticket in any category, you can enter the Expocentre through the Southern Entrance – opposite the Vystavochnaya metro station. 

What should I do if I checked in and paid for the ticket, but the badge did not arrive by email?

Please check the junk mail folder (SPAM). If the ticket has not arrived within 1 - 1.5 hours, please send your letter to the post office support@buybrandexpo.com with an indication of the order number, the date of purchase of the ticket and a description of the problem.

Is it possible to receive presentations from the speakers of the business forum?

Yes, visitors of the VIP, "Business", "Start" and "School for franchisors" categories can receive speaker presentations.

How do I view the list of participants?

The list of participants can be viewed at the link.

Which day is better to come?

All the days of the exhibition are equally useful and interesting to visit.

Will companies change every day?

No, the same companies will be represented at the exhibition for three days, but the program of business forums is different every day.

Luggage storage, wardrobe

The luggage room is open only to visitors of the exhibition. It is located at the Western Entrance of the exhibition complex in Pavilion No. 8 (Hall 5). The working hours of the luggage room are from 10.00 to 18.00, on the last day of the exhibition – until 16.00.

The wardrobe will be located in the exhibition pavilion. Please note that you will not be able to leave bulky items in the wardrobe (for example, suitcases)

Where can I mark my business trips and get the closing documents?

You can mark your travel documents and pick up the closing documents at the Exhibition Directorate (Pavilion 1). Closing documents are provided only when paying an invoice from a legal entity. 

Where to stay

The nearest hotels to the exhibition venue are: Novotel, Moscow City. Presnenskaya nab., 2, Crown Plaza, World Trade Center, Krasnopresnenskaya nab., 12. More options can be found on hotel search services and aggregators.

Parking space

There are paid municipal parking on the streets near the exhibition complex: 1st and 2nd Krasnogvardeisky passages, Mantulinskaya Street, Presnenskaya Embankment, and others.
