One of the oldest players in the Russian restaurant market - the same one that almost 30 years ago opened Caesar salad, fondue and crepe suzette for guests, and at the same time launched the first fast food chain Rostiks - will bring to the exhibition 3 of its famous brands, which it develops as a franchise not for the first year in a row: the Italian “IL Patio”, the Japanese “Planet Sushi” and the pan-Asian “Shikari”. It will also present for the first time a new franchise - Lalibela Coffee coffee shops. Today the company unites a confectionery factory and over 120 retail outlets in the Northern capital and region, the Moscow region and Vladimir. Opening a cafe-confectionery will cost at least one and a half million rubles, of which 500 thousand is a lump sum fee.

The fitness industry is growing rapidly after slowing down during the pandemic. Over the year, the segment increased revenue by 11% compared to mid-2023. Spirit. Fitness is a federal network of high-tech clubs that operates according to a popular scheme today - subscription. In Moscow, the network is among the top five in terms of the number of enterprises, and in terms of revenue it is in the top 10 in the country. They have already managed to buy a young franchise for Ufa, despite the fact that significant investments are required to launch - over 50 million rubles.
