The goal of the contract is to create a foundation for cooperation between Tele2 and Moscow government in developing telecommunication infrastructure of the capital, stimulating investments in its economy and implementing joint social initiatives. The parties will work together on elevating the quality of communications and informing Muscovites about existing and future information services.

The investment program implies construction and development of Tele2 mobile network in Moscow to enable its citizens to enjoy high quality voice communications and fast 3G and 4G mobile Internet. Signing the contract therefore solves both crucial tasks of telecommunications development and support for social-oriented projects.
